"First of all, Pan Pac Suzhou (吴宫) is definitely worth the price. The scenery within the hotel premise is really fantastic, tranquil and serene. Makes you feel like you just stepped into a majestic chinese mansion. Breakfast buffet was so super good ! We had lunch at the Haitianlo restaurant, the food was very nice and affordable! "We stayed in a twin room. The beds were comfortable and had 2 choices of pillows. I believe the room didn't have a screen, so we had to use the air but needed to air it out when we arrived. The AC worked well. The place is in need of sprucing up in the hallway but it wasn't bad. There was a stink coming from the floor drain in the bathroom, but this is quite common in china, not much the hotel can do about it if the plumbing was not designed properly. There wasn't alot of restaurants...

"I had two nights stay in this hotel. the location is great, short walks to food, shopping , café and subway station. even though it is close to some very busy and crowded streets, my room is nice and quiet . stuff are very friendly. definitely will stay here again. "
