「Clean Comfortable & Convenient We were in Surat on business and this was the most ideal location. Just 3 mins walk from train station. There is an excellent restaurant right next door as part of hotel and you can order food in the comfort of your room too. Staff is very helpful and polite. Our stay was most comfortable and we will certainly stay here again.」

「The place really exceeded our expectations. Very responsive staff and helpful as well. The Suite room were spacious and well maintained. 「This was our first time to Surat so we chose this hotel because of the convenient location and easy access to anywhere in the city. The area is extremely busy, but it didn't stop us from thoroughly enjoying our time here. Our stay was 20 nights, so by the time we left it felt like home. The Kamats restaurant was fantastic and the staff/service was amazing. We highly recommend staying at VITS Hotel - Surat. 」

「Do not stay here. The hotel smells bad and is very dirty. My room had piss left on the toilet and a used condom under the bed. When I complained and asked the staff to clean it they refused and continued playing PUBG on their phones. I left after 1 night dispiting having paid for 3 nights. Could not get my money refunded for the rest of the nights despite the terrible conditions of the room. Very unprofessional place. 」

「It was in a convenient location but it was noise due to a function in the same building. I am not sure if the bedsheets were washed. Their contact number from google was absolutely no help as all they are interested is making new booking and not for the current booking.
