Extended stay
I had a pleasant stay.I was at the hotel for 10 days. The club room was very nice. The staff were always ready to assist and very helpful
The only feedback I have is that they can improve more on maintaining a higher standard of cleanliness.
I highly recommend the food at the ground floor restaurant. Excellent food

Convenient location opposite the Railway station. Well appointed but small rooms. Bathrooms could use more maintenance from appearance perspective. Very responsive staff and decent breakfast. WiFi not the best coverage in all rooms.

Extended stay
Lords is a nice place to stay as its location is convenient. We stayed for 2 weeks. They have an average breakfast, but they try to give you good service. Even called to ask if I was comfortable during my stay. They can improve their bathrooms and condition of their rooms for sure, but they try to accommodate.They also need to work on cleanliness.The food at the main restaurant is amazing, a must try!

Check out time needs to be confirmed
The hotel is tidy and clean but the confusing part is that the brochure in the hotel says that the check out time is 12 noon while the reception rang us saying that the check out time is 10am. This causes inconvenience to guests

The room was clean and comfortable. Room services were amazing from laudry to taking our luggage up to room and down to reception. We were part of a wedding party so had 5 rooms and we all thr best experience which as you can imagine can be a problem but lords was amazing. We stayed for 2 nights and moved to a villa somewhere else and came back as the villa was terrible Thanks to all the staff

Room was clean and staff, was helpful though room service took hour and half to deliver. As I refused to take the delivery they still charged me for which I did not have time to argue as I wanted to catch the train.

Had stayed here for 8 nights and during check out which is at 1130am per the rules on expedia had delayed because of our sermon..they knew we would not be able to check out at that time...they usually except a late check out of 2pm but I got delayed to 4pm.
So coming down Ashok had charged me for a 1/2 day I tried to talk to him that listen, I have been here for 8 nights, I was not even in the room only the luggage was there please consider..we spoke back and forth..then i told him you know I checked in late at night and we had incident..so he said you are black mailing me, I said no am not, am trying to tell you there should be a bit of give and take..have been here for 8 nights..and also my parents at Hilton have not been charged the extra ½ day. He didn’t agree..a lot of back and forth..he reduced the amount from 3000inr to 2000inr..and said am not willing to wave off even at the cost of the hotels reputation..
During check in I was given a room that was full of mould and damp walls that had a strench.
The reception guys came and took pictures of the room and moved me to a new room. The new room was also a mess..the bedsheet had hair on it and the place was full of dust, you ran your fingers on the table and dust would accumulate on your fingers… this was past midnight..and a team came to take care of the issues. The AC was also not working and had to get the maintenance guys..
The property is seriously run down, from beds to table to walls panel to towels and bedsheet

Very disappointed with the state of the rooms and the bathrooms. It is run down and terribly maintained. The rooms felt dirty and tye bathrooms disgusting. They really need to refurbish and maintain the property

Rooms were clean. Staff was unfriendly. Customers bring business. Having a smile on your face with friendly approach is the key to repeat customers. Hotels are travelers second homes and they come to relax in friendly if not homely atmospheres. Surat as city is bad but some cleanup in required near property.

RIP off artists
Really disappointed in the hotel. When paying their stupid machine does dynamic currency transaction. This simply means you more when using a foreign card. I pointed out them and spoke to the manager they showed complete ignorance.
