"Love this hotel.It is a new hotel, very clean, built in 2022. Next to Grand City. Very reasonable price. The receptionist is on the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor it has cafe. The cafe has meatball s soup , fried rice, noodle, water, coffee, ice cream. At 11 a.m it starts to serves steaks. On the 2nd floor, it serves buffet breakfast. The employees are very quick to bring stuffs we need. I recommend this place to stay for comfort, location, good meals . "

"The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and its staff is extremely cordial and accommodating; however, as I was walking one night back to the hotel on Kecilung Jl., I was shocked at the sight of a huge pile of garbage just less than 100 meters from the hotel, with rats feasting on the rotted leftover food inside the bags. If this issue is not addressed, future tourists might look for other places to stay. Please take this as a constructive criticism for the betterment of your wonderful hotel."

"Hotel 88 embong kenongo is located in a road next to the big road right in the middle of Town. It is within walking distance to Surabaya Plaza (5-6 min) and to Grand city Mall (10-15 min). There are lots of eating places around. The hotel itself is well maintained and the room has no Windows, is rather small but clean and has a shower cabine.
