This is the place!

This place is impeccable!! I honestly didn’t leave the hotel much during my short stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is so professional and kind, the buffet style breakfast was great, and the gym facilities were really nice to have. There’s a shopping center walking distance and restaurants on the way. I would definitely stay here again!!

I love the excellent services provided by the staff at the hotel. They are very approachable and sincere, which made my stay super pleasant. I would like to thank the front desk and the Koffee staff esp. Farrel, Yusuf and Shinta for the great service when I needed a birthday surprise for my travel mate and they did the birthday wish choc for me (yummy too). Thank you very much for the housekeeping staff too as I left the tips on the table but the staff didn’t take. I am indeed blessed and heartened to see such honest and sincere people at this hotel. Finally, I hope to return to Surabaya and stay at this hotel again. A BIG thank you to you all!

Always love staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya. Located in the nice neighborhood of Tunjungan street, it is very convenient to walk around. All the staffs are friendly, from the security greeting you at the gate at the lobby. Room ais lways nice with the best smell amenities that they have. Breakfast is amazing, with local delicacies and authentic flavours. One minus experience is just the TV signal is not really good, so it oftens lose signal in mid-streaming for 1-2 minutes and you can't nicely follow the story. But overall stay experience is really good and nice, will definitely come back again

Welcoming staff and security members. A pleasant welcoming fragrance in lobby. Nicely decorated and spacious. The only problem is that Surabaya has no real attractions to offer.

A nice and friendly hotel. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Very near the big shopping mall, Tunjugan Plaza about 10 minutes walk. There is a museum just across the street too. It will be great if their hand towels and floor towels are white. They look dirty as they are not white. Overall it a good hotel. Firm bed, nice hotel restaurant, friendly staff and nice lobby cafe too. They even give us a cookie each during check in.

From the DoubleTree Hotel, it takes about 10 minutes on foot to BG Junction Mall and about 15 minutes to Tunjungan Plaza. However, you need to cross busy roads, so walking can be a bit challenging.

We had a very pleasant stay at Doubletree although it was for 1-night only. Upon arrival at the hotel we received a free upgrade to a Deluxe King Suite. The room is spacious, well furnished and spotless. There is a good spread of international and local dishes for breakfast.The service staff are excellent. We are looking forward to stay here again during our next trip in Surabaya.
