「What a great find! The place was perfect for us. Wonderful hosts. I really appreciated quality amenities. The place was really stylish. The bed was very comfortable. AC was great. The towels were plush and oversized. And, it’s a little thing, but even the toilet paper is the good kind. I really hate places where they provide the cheapest stuff!」

「Nice place」

「Great location nice neighborhood, excellent host. The property had exactly what we needed. It has a coffee pot small fridge and some snacks and reliable Wi-Fi. Convenient to Boulder and surrounding areas. We would definitely stay there again!」

「Property was as described. It was very clean and the bedding was luxurious. Nice to have bathroom basics available. Kitchen was meagerly stocked but we didn’t do much cooking so it was ok. Nice to have laundry available.」

「Great place to land! It is nice and cozy, plus the location is hard to beat with it being a short drive to Boulder and Denver. We hope to stay here again soon.」

「As a part of a long road trip across the country and back, this little place was so comfortable and welcoming! Clay is a great host. We liked so many things about the house, but I will begin with the location. There are several parks within walking distance. Old Town Arvada is a 25 minute walk and has so many charming shops and eateries. We went downtown to visit the capitol building too. The security guard told us about a tour beginning in just a few minutes. It was so informative and we really...

「My husband and I stay here every time we visit our daughter in Longmont. Each time we come in, it feels like home. The bed is comfy, the living area is cozy and the kitchen is well-appointed. The host is wonderful and communicative. Great place to stay with a surrounding neighborhood with lots of trees and shade. Great for walks!」

「Overall it was a nice room. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The bathroom was very nice. I could have used a pillow with a lot more support and the Wi-Fi kept going out. I would stay again when I visit Longmont. Jeff」

「Nice basement apartment. The View. The view ! The View! From inside and on the deck. Amazing! Great hosts. !!! Loved it !」

「Love staying here.」

「Host responded quickly to help us find this home (Google maps missed by several blocks). Pleasant stay while visiting family.」

「Excellent, and accommodating.」

「The photo on your site was not what we walked into at all as I said before. All white trim was visibly dirty including door screen door with holes. No head board or as pictured dirty comforter sat on end of bed and it went to the floor. Tiny was not the issue. Misrepresentation was. No sink in the bathroom. As I have medical issues the no sink was unexceptable which is why we didn’t stay and that should have been in the description of the place. That was not a quick fix. Looking for...

「Great place close to everything!」
