The room was well appointed. It does have everything you need, but bring snacks/coffee. Its very walkable and sits in a very pretty area.

Overall, 3 stars because of the location, close to the train station and old town Arvada. The online description is accurate, it is truly "micro" with one room and an adjoining bath. There is no sink or mirror in the bath, so bring your own if you need for makeup. I shaved in front of the living mirror.It is an old run down apartment with a fresh coat of paint, so it was clean but the paint job is very amateurish. Also need to bring your own ground coffee. The biggest disappointment was the TV, a streaming Roku. I was unable to view any local channels(CBS, Fox, ABC) or live sports without a paid subscription. Even then, there was no network connection for most of the last evening.Finally housekeeping was less than optimal with a stray hair in the shower, stained bath towels and moldy coffee grounds in the coffee filter.If you only need a place to sleep and shower close to Old Town, it would be OK. It was quiet and the host was responsive, but was unable to solve the issue during my stay. There is ample dishware, cabinets, fridge, microwave and a small toaster oven.
