「The family that owns the hotel were great! We had some snacks and beers together during Tet, it was really cool. the grounds are really nice, big pool etc. They made us breakfast each morning and that was really a nice treat (the banana pancakes were great!) They have motorbikes to use and got us a bus back down to Hue. We had 5 straight days of rain so that was a bummer but obviously out of the hotels control. All in all, I would totally stay here again if I was back in phong nha. 」

Our arrival was delayed, and the hotel team organized a transfer from the night bus stop to the hotel in the middle of the night and provided us with a temporary room for the night. 「Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience.」
