「Gem and Tuon were wonderful and attentive hosts. They were always available to help. They drove us wherever we wanted to go. Unfortunately my boyfriend was sick almost the entire stay (from before we arrived) and they brought us food from their restaurant as he wasn’t able to go out. They were so kind and lovely and we had a great stay. We weren’t able to do too much in the way of excursions because of illness but they had loads of recommendations and tours available to book through them. 」

「1泊2日の洞窟ツアーの前後に利用しました。 ツアー後は、服も靴も泥だらけだったので、部屋についているパティオのシャワーで泥が落とせたのは、助かりました。ツアーの後に、プールでカラダを伸ばせたのも良かったです。 スタッフはみな勤勉でプール掃除なども頻繁に行っていました。また、朝一番の電車に乗るため、朝食が取れない私たちに急遽バインミーをつくって持たせてくれるなど、ホスピタリティ溢れる対応をうけました。夕食も3人で5品とビールを頼んで600,000ドンと手頃な価格でした。」

「The hotel staff responded immediately to every request in a very professional and helpful manner. Our arrival was delayed, and the hotel team organized a transfer from the night bus stop to the hotel in the middle of the night and provided us with a temporary room for the night. The hotel is situated in a beautiful landscape. The rooms were very clean and simply but nicely furnished. The hotel kitchen prepared very tasty meals. We were very satisfied with our stay.」

Lovely breakfast and laundry done same day ready for departure. I stayed in a single room with 3 beds with my teenage kids for 3 nights and this location and remoteness was a highlight of our Vietnam trip. 」
