Lake House was the perfect place for us to relax and explore the surrounding sights in Phong Nha. We especially enjoyed the beautiful scenery, kayaking on the lake, and renting bicycles to explore the local area. The staff were all really friendly and helpful with booking tours and transport, and we felt very at home during our stay here!

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking—peaceful, serene, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a morning walk, with the lake surrounding What really made our stay memorable was the outstanding customer service. We accidentally left a game console behind after checking out, and the staff went above and beyond to locate it and arrange to have it safely sent to us in another city. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and truly appreciated. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. From the scenic location to the warm hospitality, this hotel made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a personal touch!

Service på Restauranten var ikke på niveau.

Stedet er lidt mere slidt end billederne fortæller. Men en ganske okay ophold til tre dage. Beliggenheden er fin ved søen, men lidt langt fra selve byen. Maden i restauranten er rigtig fin, men de har ikke altid styr på deres bestillinger og maden kommer meget spredt. Kan sagtens anbefale stedet, men det står ikke helt så skarpt som det kunne. Men servicen i restauranten trække ned i denne bedømmelse, den var ikke i nærheden af hvad man burde forvente i Vietnam og man tager ikke andre steder hen for at spise, grundet afstanden

Like coming home!

Once again, this place is like arriving home. Staff are helpful and accommodating always with a smile! We explored the near by village on Alex’s recommendation via bicycle. We took the HCMT and had a wonderful afternoon. Great scenery! Food is great and there is lots of it, spa services are up and running and doing well, free breakfast, bicycles and kayaks to explore. Take a break and treat yourself to this beautiful resort nestled in the Phoung Nha Park.

Tham & Tony are excellent hosts. Property offers lots of things to do. Have cabanas on the lake, you can kayak, swim. Very clean with modern large rooms, private sitting patios, modern bathrooms and excellent staff. Would definitely recommend.

Very beautiful hotel in front of a lake. Everything is prefect from the room to the services. All the people working there always smile and they are very helpful and kind. They gave us the possibility to leave the baggage even until evening with the possibility to have a shower. Breakfast with a variety of food cooked also on the moment.

Best smile and hospitality

We were greeted with a huge smile and genuine kindness. Alec (I think was his name) the front desk concierge was probably the most friendly person I’ve met in Vietnam. He greeted was with a smile and showed us around. The lake house had a wonderful view! Everything was clean and really nice. It was super relaxing stay prior to our cave expedition. Most definitely staying here next time!

If you stay anywhere in Phong Nha, stay here!

Beautiful setting and wonderful,friendly staff and owner who spent a time with us chatting and sharing his rice wine. No detail was overlooked, high standard of finish in the accommodation. It’s a shame weather was so bad otherwise we would have tried the kayaking on the lake. They even washed our scooter before we checked out!

We loved Phong Nha Lake house. The staff were so friendly abd helpful. They made you feel like part of the family. We hired a motorbike through the hotel and they guided us to many of the pubs and sites of phong nha. Breakfast was great not one complaint about this hotel. It is not in the townsite but I think this is what makes this place unique

Bad location in main road.

Friendly staff and cheap happy hour beers. Location ist right on the main road with absolutely nothing In waking distance. Food is ok, they seem to focus on western stuff a little too much. Pool and rooms are ok. Location is really not that great.

Very nice place but far from city.

The Phong Nha lake house is awesome and beautiful. The facilities are very up to date and clean so you feel comfortable. The staff are very nice and helpful and the food in the restaurant is reasonably priced and delicious. Be prepared to bring cash because their machines didn’t work. One thing that was disappointing was that the hotel didn’t offer a deal on taxis, motorbikes or a shuttle service. It’s 7 km from the city and we had to pay an expensive cab to go there and back to grab a drink with friends. I think they should look into some sort of service to make the experience better.
