「Cockroach in room (noticed late at night). Told staff upon check out, they were apologetic and said manager would be informed. Room needs maintenance (scratched floors, peeling wallpaper, dusty blinds, stains, etc.) We were fine for 1 night stay (minus the insect), but I wouldn’t want to stay longer and for the price we paid I expected slightly better. Reception was very friendly. Nice shared outdoor space. Good location」

「Overall, our stay at Sechelt Inn was okay, and we appreciated that the staff allowed us to check in early even though the official check-in time was 3:00 p.m. That was very helpful and a kind gesture. 「Never experienced any hotel without any receptions on site plus required pre check in even with the reservation? A lot of personal and credit card information were required for online check in which is a high safety concern. After filled out all those info waited out side for 30minutes without any response plus the assistance phone number didn’t pick up until we tried 5 times. Loud AC and bad experience.」

「The outside property was clean a sun well kept and the room appeared clean. I checked the bed as I was nervous about bed bugs. I did not see any bed bugs but the sheets did not look clean, hair and nails clippings? No sign of bed bugs though. The bathtub had hair in it and it could really use replacing as it is very old and worn out. There was also a dirty towel left hanging on the back of the door. The clerk was very friendly and helpful when I checked in. I do t think I would stay again.」

「初めてモーテルに泊まりましたが、外に直結してるだけでホテルとなんら変わらなかったです！結婚式に出席した後に泊まれる場所を探していて、安くて近くて評価の良いこちらにしました！部屋も綺麗でベッドも寝心地良く快適にすごせました！電子レンジ、ドライヤー、冷蔵庫もあり近くにマックや食べ物屋さんもあるので、車で泊まりに来るのには、不便さは全く感じませんでした！キッチンつきの部屋や、大人数用の部屋もありまた機会があれば利用したいです(^^)」

「The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. The linens and towels were clean and abundant. It had a new, large tv. However, it was unnecessarily shabby. The banister going up to the room was wobbly to the point of almost falling off. There were patches of linoleum peeling, Same for the sink countertop. There was also an area rug which should have been thrown out years ago. All of these things could have been repaired or replaced easily and inexpensively.」
