Access & Parking
The keys to the property can be obtained from an onsite lockbox. The code for the lockbox will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
The property has driveway parking for 2 cars and additional free street parking for any extra vehicles. There is no garage available.

The property features a saltwater pool (not heated) facing the north side, ensuring it heats up quickly in the sun.
For the comfort of all guests and respect for our neighbors, the pool is only available for use between 7 AM and 9 PM.
Jetty
The private jetty is available for use between 7 AM and 9 PM. It is 10m by 4m and suitable for mooring boats up to 45ft.
Please note: The boat ramp access is too narrow for launching boats, but there is a public boat ramp nearby.
Kitchen
Downstairs, you'll find a modern, well-equipped kitchen with:
Fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, and hotplate.
All necessary utensils to prepare your meals.
TV & Internet
There is a TV in each living room, both equipped with access to all your favorite streaming services.
We also offer free NBN internet. The details will be provided to you when you book.
For added enjoyment, we have games available in the downstairs corner TV unit. We kindly ask that the person booking the property is responsible for ensuring all games are returned clean and intact.
Laundry
The laundry features both a washing machine and a clothes dryer. You also have the option to air-dry your clothes outside with the cooling sea breezes.
House Rules
We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, SCHOOLIES PROPERTY. It is STRICTLY NO SMOKING anywhere on the property.
If you wish to host parties or events, we kindly ask that you book elsewhere, as we do not condone or allow these here.
Starter Amenities
To minimize cleaning fees, we provide a starter pack including:
Tea, coffee, milk
3-in-1 body wash and hair shampoo
2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet.
After this, you will be required to purchase your own supplies.
Please note, we do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, or paper towels. All linen is provided through our Premium Linen Service.
Cleaning Charges
The cleaning charge covers a standard clean. If guests leave behind garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette butts/smells/burns, or unclean dishes, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
