There is a small internal laundry with a brand new washer and condenser dryer.

Zinc Bokarina has a podium level pool which is heated from September to April. There is also a shared gym and guest spaces which are available to guests.
Close by is Bocca, one of the sunshine coasts best Italian restaurants. the apartment is also very close to the Kawana Sports district.

opening in September is a new restaurant/cafe/bar, called STOA on the ground floor in the building. There will also be a new Pilates studio and fish and chip shop.

Bokarina beach is away from the crowds and is a great walking beach. You will be less than 100 meters from coastal walks and the entrance to the beach Park.
