「The lady at the reception desk was so unfriendly and gave us a dark and damp, no- bathtub room at the ground foor. We immediately requested her to change the room, but she flatly declined our request, saying this room was given according to a contract with Expedia. We couldn't believe such a room was prepared at the rate fixed with Expedia !!」

「Room and bathroom are clean, though found hair on one of the hand towel and the lock feels like about to come off of the door. The keyless entry was really nice, staff came over even though it’s after 8pm already, made it really easy for us to check in. Curtains shut properly and the beds were really comfortable. One thing about the heating fireplace, the fire panel was really bright for night to sleep. Overall we would return next time if we come to Long Beach. 」

「The room was clean but the decor in the restroom was 1975. Rough looking linoleum around the tub. Shower was hot and great pressure. It is a basic motor inn from the 70s era. Nothing special. We were a little disappointed. We chose to skip the muffin breakfast and ate out.」

「Loved this hotel!!! Would absolutely stay here again. Being able to use the spa services at the adrift hotel was such a plus and the entire vibe of the shelburne was amazing. Didn’t love the food but sitting at the bar with a drink or playing pool was great. Hotel room was clean and comfortable and very cute. Staff was super friendly as well! 」

「単身で一泊のみ利用。アストリアに用事があり、近隣の安いホテルがここしかなかったので宿泊。かなりの田舎町で、21:00頃に到着した頃には周りは真っ暗。人の気配も全くない。もちろん、食事等の施設もないので、予め済ませておくか何か用意していくべき。当日このホテルの利用者は自分ともう一人のみ。とにかく閑散としていて、ホラー映画によく出てくる寂れたモーテルのようだった。フロントのスタッフはフレンドリー。部屋は入った瞬間かび臭く、水道の水も赤く濁っていたので、利用した部屋は相当な期間人が泊まっていなかったようだ。それ以外は虫が出ることも、治安が悪いこともなく、至って普通。冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、wifiなど最低限の設備はある。積極的に泊まりに行きたいホテルではないが、特別悪いというわけでもない。」

「Hotel itself, staff and breakfast were great. Our room however felt cramped and not as spacious like the photos looked. Queen beds felt like full size beds. 」

「Had a couple of frustrations during our stay here. We attempted to check in at 3:45 PM, but we’re told that our room would not be ready until 4:30 PM. my family and I left the property and returned at the receptionists recommended time. I waited in line at check-in as the receptionist gave the three parties ahead of me a strong warning that individuals under the age of 18 were not allowed in the hot tub at any time. She was insistent on explaining this to everyone upon check-in. My family and I...
