"Very clean, well-kept, comfortable villa with welcoming decor, cozy furniture and great lay-out. Host was extremely responsive and kind. Great views of golf course and pretty trees from the windows and screened porch and really nice privacy. Numerous amenities provided by host including plenty of lovely soft towels, coffee, water, etc. Bed was very comfortable and the entire stay was lovely. Many thanks to this gracious and thoughtful host. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Dreams. Our host was very accessible when we messaged her with questions. We had a little difficulty with the TV, but fortunately figured it out. I was glad that I questioned whether the unit had a Keurig. When I heard it didn't, I brought my own. Another set of towels would have been nice, but we did use the washer to launder them. Overall, the unit was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay!"

"My husband and I stayed 3 nights here for a babymoon before our first baby arrives. It’s a very cozy little place, very clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood, and about 7 minutes from the beach! It’s just big enough for 2 people, which made it fun to be in a mini house together. :) The back porch is so relaxing and the fact that they have beach chairs for us to use was great too! I was a little worried about how clean the shower would be since i didn’t see any pics of it online, but it was nice and clean. The only complaint we have is that the outlets near the bathroom sink and on the kitchen counter don’t work. But other than that we had an amazing stay! Thank you, Michelle! "

"I was a little hesitant to book my stay after reading the previous reviews. Its a nice condo; clean with all the basics. It could use a kitchen upgrade but i wont deduct my rating based on that because everything is in working order. The screened in porch is where i spent most of my time. It's amazing out there at night. The proximity to the convention center was a 2min walk to my cousins wedding reception. Overall, I'd stay again. "

"My wife and I booked this stay 4 months in advance, looking forward to a stay after the crowds of summer had gone. Our stay was during Labor Day week and we were not disappointed. We could see the ocean from our 2nd floor room and walk to the water's edge in maybe 3-4 minutes. There are a few nice, neighborhood stores in easy walking distance that cater to most needs and offer basic dining and the shopkeepers are really friendly. Met several people in the neighborhood and they were friendly as well. The unit accepts pets, but you'll need to bring supplies and equipment for your pet. There's a good supply of dishes and silverware that will need to be handwashed as you use them since there isn't a dishwasher, but unless you're doing some serious cooking, it only takes a few minutes anyway. The days were in the mid-80s and the AC unit was able to keep the room comfortable and easy to operate. The ceiling fan also helped with comfort levels. The love seat was a nice size for the two of us to sit on and watch TV, though we really didn't watch it much. The queen size Sealy bed mattress was comfortable and pleasantly firm, but not too firm. If you are looking for the offerings of a more commercialized area, Ocean Isle is only about 10-15 minutes away. We liked that option because Sunset Beach was nice and quiet. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the property, especially that it was ground level. Everything was clean and as described in the ad. We had some trouble working the lock but we did figure it out. The wicker furniture was a bit dated but did not detract from the unit. We would stay there again."
