「We were super impressed by this vacation rental in Carpinteria! Clean, airy, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is awesome--less than a mile to downtown and just a quick drive down to Santa Barbara. Easy check-in and check-out process too. Definitely recommend!」

It is on a busy street and backs up to a public park where the city of Santa Barbara has erected a 3-story trapeze apparatus and a large trampoline, with attached rock music playing 9-5. 「Lance was an excellent host with great communication from beginning to end. The house was clean, inviting, and well kept. The outdoor area was very quaint and useable. The front stairs are steep and the driveway is gravel so something to keep in mind for those that that might find this challenging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly recommend renting this property.」
