Welcome to The Narrows! A big, easygoing 5-bedroom Summerland beach house with a private jacuzzi, game room, two living rooms, and a separate bottom-floor studio — sleeping 8+, close to the sand. The Narrows solves the problem every group trip has: togetherness without the pile-up. Two full living rooms, a dedicated game room, outdoor spaces in every direction — and now the ace up its sleeve: a private studio on the bottom floor with its own kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry, perfect for grandparents, teens, or the couple who likes their own front door.

THE SPACE. The top two levels hold four bedrooms and three baths spread comfortably around a full kitchen, dining area, and those two living rooms — early risers, nappers, and the game-night crowd all get their own territory, then reconvene for dinner like they planned it. Downstairs, the fifth bedroom is a self-contained private studio: full kitchenette, its own bathroom, and washer/dryer — a genuine suite-within-the-house that multi-generation trips fight over (politely). The fully fenced backyard wraps it all up, jacuzzi steaming in the corner for the end-of-day debrief.

WELLNESS HERE. Unstructured beach-town time — game-room laughter, backyard evenings, hot-tub soaks under the stars, and mornings that start whenever they start.

THE LOCATION. Summerland's relaxed beach community, minutes from the sand, village cafés, Montecito, and downtown Santa Barbara.

GOOD TO KNOW. This home is part of Chosen's Beach Collection — older, well-loved coastal homes with character, charm, and a few quirks that come with age and salt air. What they trade in modern polish they return in location, views, and value. The home has three living rooms, one on the first floor and two on the second. None of them can accommodate all guests individually. Please note this home has a narrow layout and design, hence our name. Also please note, the screen doors do not stay on but are available for guest use should you like to use them.

DISCLOSURES
- The lower level is a completely separate Airbnb with its own private entrance and designated outdoor space. You may occasionally see other guests coming and going, but there are no shared interior living spaces.
- This home has a charming beach shack feel and reflects the character of an older coastal property. While it is clean and well maintained, it does have a few quirks.
- The newer screen doors can occasionally come off their tracks if opened forcefully. Please use them gently.
- Some of the original window panes are older and may not operate as smoothly as newer windows.
- The large mature tree in the backyard naturally drops leaves and debris throughout the year despite regular maintenance.
- As an older coastal home, the exterior shell and certain finishes show their age, adding to the authentic charm and character of the property.
