「I took advantage of the online check in, it made our arrival smooth and easy. I was greeted with the warmest welcome, you'll have to forgive me, I'm terrible with names, but the gentleman was the kindest human and really made me feel welcome. He even helped my son find our room after getting a little turned around. Well done Best Western, we'll be back for sure!」

「家族4人での、久々な旅行。2ベッドルームの部屋を予約したが、ホテルに到着した時間が遅くなりキングベットとソファーベットの部屋しか無くその部屋にチェックイン。食事の為に外出する為、フロントの前を通ると、受付の係がベッドの数は大丈夫か？ホテルのミスなのでもう一部屋、用意するが？とのオファーが。喜んでお願いすると、最初の部屋と全く同じタイプの部屋を提供してくれた。この日の夜は、家族4人、ゆっくり休む事が出来ました。こん素敵なサービスが受けられたホテルです。」

「清潔な客室、静かな環境、美味しい朝食」

「マリオット系列だけのこともあり、部屋も広く、テーブルなどもゆったりしていて使いやすかった。物を置けるスペースが広いのはGood！ バスルームも綺麗で、特に不満もないです。 食事や買い物は車でちょっと行けばあるので、困りませんでした。 朝食は普通です。」

「お部屋について 隣や上の部屋からの音は許容範囲でしたし、部屋の床やバスルームは清潔でした 綺麗なタオルが置かれてましたし、不満に感じることは何もありませんでした レストランやホテルの施設は利用しなかったのでコメントは控えます」

「コーヒーが薄い、ぬるい、まずい。上の部屋の足音や水が流れる音がうるさい。」

「朝ごはん付きの宿泊プランにしていたが、請求書ではチャージされていた。Loundry roomもあるような記載であるが、実際にはなかった。」
