The staff were extremely helpful especially the concierge who found us great places to dine and helped us with reservations. "Location can’t be beat being linked to Osaka main station and Shin Osaka station. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping centres within walking distance. Hotel room clean and compact but stocked with necessities. Staff interaction was positive. Luggage handling service available if you wish to transport luggage ahead of visit. Coin laundry service great, with the ability to check available machines via the in room tv. Would definately recommend. Hope to return someday. "
