On the last day, when we tried to store our luggages at the front desk after we checked out, one of the staff was very rude to us. Next time, we will consider a different hotel."

"The hotel was well positioned in a lively area. They kept my bags until check-in time allowing me to explore. Everything worked smoothly with the app they used to identify luggage - they were VERY busy but remained polite and helpful. The room was perfect for the stay and I enjoyed use of the public bath after days walking around Tokyo and to Nagano to see the snow monkeys. I'd recommend this hotel - just make sure you put the right one in the satnav as there are a few with very similar names! "
