「Great dog friendly room and pub to visit. We only stayed one night - it was a nice location from the new forest. Dinner was delicious, my partner said it was perhaps the best pie he’s ever had, and the included breakfast was well worth it. Only suggested improvement could be a new carpet for the room, but this is always tricky for a dog friendly room. 」

「We stayed 4 to 6 th December 25 for my hubbys birthday. Got upgrades to a lovely sea view room that was amazing and had a free standing bath in the bedroom. Bar was a nice atmosphere and nice drinks and breakfast was delicious. The weather was glorious on the 4 th so had a swim in the outdoor pool which was heated and then went to sauna and indoor pool . 「It's a rare joy to find a hotel with in room controlled aircon. I'd rebook just for that! The hotel is a grand old place and parking is a nightmare. But it's well situated with a sea walk just yards from your door and a surprisingly quiet location close to town.」
