「Very nice. Liked the location.」

「It was well situated for the places we wanted to go. It was easy to get back and forth across the river. The weren't any of the typical hotel directories in the room, and a limited number of flyers on area attractions.」

「Very comfortable and had everything you need to feel at home!」

「The stay was ok. Mattresses need to be replaced, you can feel the springs as well as the bedding, since it had tears in it. TV is out dated. Breakfast was fine.」

「Beautiful hotel! Great location, excellent accommodations! Highly recommend!!」

「It was horrible abuse. I have stayed in many Quality Inns and almost none cheat me. But this one jacked up the deposit so high, that I was refused a room AFTER I PAID FOR IT. I also had trouble getting Expedia to help me (I usually do not). And I was on the phone having trouble with BOTH this hotel AND Expedia for hours. This was the beginning of actual physical and emotional abuse for me in Lacrosse. I would advise people not to come to Wisconsin, period. It's awful」

「Angry, rude clerk. Wouldn't allow my stay because I lived within a certain radius. I understand this policy, but I was ridiculed for being homeless by the desk clerk who asked very personal questions so he could continue to throw out disparaging comments and criticize the U.S. Perhaps he should move back to his own country.」
