The check-in process was super easy and fast. Our hotel room smelled HEAVILY of cigarettes. Luckily, we weren’t in the hotel much so it didn’t bother us too badly.

Four night stay with barely lukewarm water the whole time. Breakfast is almost non-existent and isn't replenished. Had to ask twice for housekeeping and when it came no replacement of toilet paper, Kleenex, soap and shampoo. Room was clean, bed was fine.

There was no pool. The hot tub was broken. Breakfast ended at 9am- way too early. And what they had was rubber egg patties, donut holes and some dry cereal. It is very old and outdated and the paint is peeled and cracking. I would not stay here again unless I absolutely had to.

The sink in our room had a leak in it, so that water drained directly onto the floor. I tried to talk to the staff about this, but no one was available behind the front desk. So, we used a wastebasket to collect the water that was draining out. The hallway outside our room was dirty. Someone had left a bunch of fuzzy stuff on the floor in the evening, and it was still on the floor the next day. The breakfast was okay. They had the waffle maker and that was the best part of the stay.

The problem is not the rooms or hotels - it's the PEOPLE. I had trouble getting any of their hotels to give me a room and I did not get in here until 8 pm at night Night seemed ok except the next day I learned that they are sworn to hurt and hate anybody that is not rich. Night went ok but the person at the front desk the next day was hurtful, mean, disrespectful and threw me onto the street with luggage too heavy for me. Then police tried to rob me of my luggage and treated me like a common criminal. I've never been a criminal and was just here to get work. Never come to Lacrosse WI at all. Insane treatment here

Fridge didn’t work and the AC unit sounded like TV static combined with the cries of tortured souls in Hell. Ended up turning off the AC and cracking a window and sleeping on top of the blankets instead. Whole place smelled moldy too. Staff was friendly though

Hot tub was shut down. Appliances in room was controlled by a light switch that we didnt know of so our fridge was shut off all night & we lost our freezer food, milk etc. Also wasn't aware that they rent rooms monthly & the government pays for people to stay there. Most have been staying there for over a year. We will never be back to this hotel.

My wife and I only used the same room 2 nights after 10PM until 7AM next mornings (Aug. 30 & 31). The first night the sink was hard to use since it varily drained. The next morning the desk was made aware of this problem. It was still that way when we returned late that evening. We just let you know we won' use them in the future!
