We stayed at Sheraton over ten days. It was a hotel experience that was far below what one would expect from a top hotel brand.
Some of the issues included water dripping from the air-conditioning and blocked water pipes in both the sink and the bath (something the cleaner could not handle and we had to call the reception, but no one answered the phone for 30 minutes.).The worst is the reception staff. The reception is always understaffed (only two staff doing check-in/out at peak times). Some staff were great which helped our stay enjoyable.
