「The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we were assigned a Club Room next to a Suite with a connecting door, and the soundproofing was extremely poor. We could clearly hear loud conversations, shouting, and piano playing from the suite until the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to get any rest. 「Hair dryer was dead. Interior walls and bathroom ceiling were tear up. Air conditioner doesn’t work.」

「非常に暑い日にも関わらず、エアコンが故障していた。冷えるのに時間がかかると言われ数時間待ったが、全くかわりなしで、体調がわるくなり倒れそうになった。急いで荷物をまとめて部屋を出て部屋を交換してくれるよいに頼むと、渋々交換してくれたが、予約した部屋より狭い部屋しか空いてないと言われたが、熱中症になるよりはましなので、その部屋に移動した。部屋の差額は返金されなかった。後で口コミを見たら何ヶ月前の口コミにも同様にエアコンが故障していたというものがあった。あの暑さで空いている部屋がなかったら熱中症で倒れていただろう。客の最低限の安全も確保できないホテルだと思った。有名ホテルで系列には何度も滞在したことがあるがこんなことは初めてだった。非常に失望した。」

「駅近で驚くほど広いお部屋にバスタブ付きで快適なステイを過ごしました。広すぎて電源までが遠いこと、またビュッフェも立派でどう使えばいいのかわからずまごついて気後れしたぐらいだけが惜しい点で、スタッフの対応その他すべてが素晴らしく、近代的な街のバーミンガムに似合う素敵なホテルでおすすめです。」
