"The property was just as described. The accommodations were perfect for two people. The mattress was very comfortable. We spent most of our time hiking trails and walking the beach but when we got back to #5 it was so delightful to sip cocktails on the deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean! Great stay!"

"I can’t say enough good things about the host, Don, and the house "The Coop." The house accommodated my large family and me (9 adults, 7 kids, 1 dog) in a way that most rentals don’t. A highlight was each bedroom had it’s own, beautiful bathroom! Everything was nicely appointed and comfortable for all. Both inside and outside had huge dining tables, the yard was lovely and had a private hot tub area and a hidden hammock that all enjoyed. It was a short walking distance to the beach (1 minute walk) - and a 5 minute walk to town (where soft serve, the surf shop, a park, and more were highlights). If I had any questions about anything, Don was responsive. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better host! I would give Don 5 stars for creating such a super place and being so available and accommodating, making our stay there so fun and comfortable."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property met our expectations - clean overall, well appointed kitchen, adequate towels and linens and well situated with easy access to grocery store, restaurants and most importantly, the BEACH!!! Loved having the outdoor shower next to hot tub for easy clean off before stepping in.Best to keep in mind that outside access does require the mobility to climb stairs.I was very appreciative of the excellent response from management when we encountered a glitch with hot water access.I would definitely rent this property again!"

If you want to be able to see the grand Pacific Ocean, you will need to go outside to do so! And if you plan to cook while staying here, be sure to bring your own supplies! The home itself is well cared for and really thoughtfully decorated. And the walk up from the beach will whip anyone's glutes into shape!"

"Ideally located near beach and small downtown area. Place was impeccable and fit our party of 5 easily. The kitchen was the most well stocked of any place I stayed with plenty of coffee choices. We enjoyed watching the World Cup games on the large living room TV that could be watched from around the fire pit. The fire pit, outdoor heater, hot tub and indoor heat pump all came in handy for this often foggy location, even in July. Would highly recommend this place for a pleasant vacay in Stinson Beach."
