「We loved this beautifully updated cozy house. Spent a lot of time on the large and charming front porch, which has comfy porch furniture and a glimpse of white water. We had been looking for a smallish one-story house in Stinson that was close to the beach and had a king bed, and this met all our expectations. Nice private back deck too, with fire pit. Great kitchen, everything was perfect. Can't wait to come back!」

「This trip was my second stay at this property. Again, this is a perfect place for relaxing at Stinson Beach. Cafes and world-class hiking trailheads are within 5-10 mi minutes walking. The property is cleans, well-appointed with clean linens sofas and kitchen appliances. The water pressure is great, and the views are spectacular. 」

「Seriously amazing property. A once in a lifetime experience. We hosted our wedding reception here and our family and friends loved the home. Huge property and plenty of space. Street dead ends into the beach. Don was very friendly the entire process and even let my husband and I tour the property a few months before our stay to ensure it was exactly what we were looking for. No complaints what so ever! Best rental we have ever stayed in! 」

The apartment was mostly clean, with a few questionable splatters of who-knows-what found on the bathroom door and refrigerator.
