Our stay was great. A clean condo with a lot of room. The only draw back was it is on the garden level. I have difficulty walking and I didn't know i had to walk down a flight of stairs. Let people know.

Great stay at Timber Run. Positives for this property are: first floor (makes a difference after a day of skiing), proximity to Gondola (legit walkable), hot tub proximity, and condo was well appointed for family meals.

Perfect!

Can’t think of anything they could have done better. Super clean, comfy beds, great complex, well-stocked and quiet. We had a such a great time!

Great Mountain vacation

The condo was just as described, clean and just what we needed. We loved the location, access to pool, hot tub and grills. Close to shopping, restaurants, downtown, parks and hiking trails. The owners were quick to reply with any questionss

Family getaway

The condo was quiet and cozy, the updated kitchen and bathrooms were nice. We enjoyed the tennis courts right out the back steps! The unit was clean and everything was in excellent condition, would highly recommend.

Super cozy and cute!

We loved staying here! It’s super clean and functional. We enjoyed the hot tub and tennis court. The couch had a pull out bed too which was surprisingly comfy. The master bed has a super squishy bed so we ended up sleeping on couch pull out. We have back issues and need more firm mattress but the couch and guest bedroom had more firm mattresses. We enjoyed!

Perfect stay, if the pool had been available

The place was lovely, clean, and orderly. Two major complaints, however: 1) the water pressure was non-existant and it took forever to take a shower and 2) the pool was mostly empty following some sort of project and wasn't filled by the time we left (they used a single garden hose to fill it up). I didn't contact the host regarding the water pressure, but I did mention that we had picked their condo because it looked nice (which it was) and had a pool. The host said that the issue with the pool was stated somewhere in the Vrbo listing, which I don't recall seeing, and that the price was discounted to reflect that. I asked for a reference to that information in the listing and they couldn't reproduce it. I once again stated that we would have chosen another listing had we known that we wouldn't have access to the pool and they said that the HOA had last updated them that the pool was supposed to be ready on the day of our arrival (we stayed for two nights). It was quite disappointing that they were unwilling to discount the price of our stay any more than they claimed it had been discounted initially since they not only included photos of the pool in the listing, but didn't have this information posted prominently or made any visible mention of the discount in the original posting. Not thrilled with the customer service.

Clean, comfortable and quiet

This property was exactly as advertised, 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms and good kitchen/dining/living room space. The location is a reasonable walk from Gondola square with several dining choices nearby as well as a short drive into downtown for even more choices. The hot springs pool is always a highlight for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo

Nicely remodeled and decorated condo in quiet complex, King bed and master was very comfortable. convenient parking. We visited in summer, but did find it was close to ski lifts and gondolas. One side note, this is a basement unit, so if you don't do stairs well, you may want to look for another unit.

Awesome place!

Beautiful place! Highly recommend for others! Close to everything. We really appreciate the 3 hot tubs and pool. They were literally right out our front door. The base of the mountain is within walking distance. Very roomy and clean.

Close to ski resort

Within 5 minutes you could be at the drop off point for the ski resort. Property was clean and well stocked - lots of spices for our morning breakfast prep. Beds were good and master shower is quite nice albeit not a large room but great shower head and a heat lamp. The condo had everything we needed. It is on ground floor so in winter suggest you bring slippers as the floors aren’t very warm. The fireplace wasn’t working while we were ther but once fixed it could help warm up the floors. The TV’s in every room were nice - allowed us to head to bed and watch the last bit of a show before sleeping. Lots of games in the coffee table and TV cabinet. We didn’t get the chance to use the pool or hot tub - it was busy every night so seemed to be a hit with others. All in all, the condo was a great place to stay and the iTrip staff was very communicative.

Long Weekend Getaway

This place was perfect for our group. Kitchen had everything we needed, nice dining room, good location for hot tub access, and sleeping situation was exactly what we needed - Queen room, bunk beds, pull out couch, and a second bathroom.

Nice and clean construction noise no lobby access

No Access to lobby! No ping pong as advertised. Roofing construction for 2 of the 3 days which really sucked. King bed was a little too soft for some and the bunk beds were very hard! Shower in Master bath didn’t allow you to turn on and get out of the way for the cold water to warm. Liked the hot tub , pool and tennis court once the roofers went home.

Nice place.

About a 15 minute walk to the resort which was nice. About 5-10 minute drive from downtown. Easy to get to all the adventures steamboat holds. Pool was good size and grounds were well kept.

Nice condo with a few repairs needed

Manager super attentive to our concerns and worked very hard to accommodate us. BUT the dishwasher, ice machine and microwave didn’t work, and the beds not very comfy but a nice little condo if all can get repaired.

Everything was great. They had lots of kitchen supplies, nice granite, fireplace, Jacuzzi and we always had hot water which is more than I can say about other locations we have stayed in. Shuttle service was good except for returning back at 5 PM but I suspect this is due today staffing shortage
