Very dated, the bathroom door looked water damaged and was splintered. The bathtub was very stained but still clean. My door lock broke and I was unable to access my room for an hour.
Having said that, the front desk, cleaning staff and maintenance were very good.

We were a large party in town to attend a BU graduation ( occupied 5 rooms), and made a weekend of our stay and celebration. We were very pleased with our stay at The Mansion. The property, the location, the amenities and the wonderful staff. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Buffalo! Whenever we are back in Buffalo, The Mansion is our go to place to stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
