「We have stayed here a few times we love it 」

「We had a lovely room on the 3rd floor but it was very hot as a result of the recent high temperatures. This made sleep difficult until the early hours of the morning when the weather cooled. All the staff we encountered were great - very helpful, pleasant and cheerful. Breakfast was standard but absolutely no complaints. It is a very old property but some way of keeping the upper rooms cooler in high summer temperatures would be a major improvement.. perhaps by increasing the roof insulation」

「Great location of the property, near the beach. A steep walk back from the beach unless you walk into Filey. Lovely comfortable flat, super comfy bed. Great bathroom/shower. Everything you would need for your holiday. It was lacking instructions for using coffee machine, & dishwasher etc. due to all information being online.」

「Our stay at the the bay was just what we needed,the apartment had every that we could possibly need and more welcome package was much appreciated, weather was lovely walk was good. The pub on site bit pricey but really nice to sit out. Would defiantly recommend and would book again for same apartment.」
