「The stay was awesome and the proprietor was wonderful. When we first drove into the city we were concerned about our surroundings but once we arrived we couldn't have been happier. The street Kingston Bed and Breakfast was on is a treasure trove of history surrounded by houses and buildings dating back to the late 1700s, early 1800s all well preserved and welcoming. Every convenience was thought of and there were wonderful treats and surprises at every turn. 「Our stay was rather disappointing. The property seems neglected. Some lightbulbs in the bathroom were not working . The coffee maker was really filthy inside. Instead of breakfast we were offered some packaged pastry from a gas station. Plus, there were a bunch of insects in the room. There was no drinking water in the property we ended up driving to get water. I don’t understand they can charge so much money 」

「The hostess reached out well before our stay with check in details and other local information. We stayed in early May. The main house and cottage are located down a long drive. The cottage sits a little off to the side with the bedroom/office facing the river. The layout of the cottage is very efficient. We especially enjoyed the front mudroom and staging area perfect for storing muddy hiking boots and backpacks. Our week long state was magical. Coffee in the Adirondack chairs next to the river...

「We had a great time, and the space was great. The house is so spacious, and that was perfect for us. We would have liked a few more towels, a bit more soap and shampoo, and the grill didn't get hot enough to cook the steak we had brought. Overall a wonderful time. Thank you very much.」
