Remote access with keypad. Guests have private access to the entire house (except 2 closets in garage).

- NO Smoking allowed inside (Extra cleaning fee will be applied)
- NO pets allowed
- NO parties allowed
- Adult supervision for children at all times around the pool
- Pool maintenance occurs weekly on Tuesday. The maintenance person enters the gate from the right side of the house. Guests will not be bothered.
- Use of propane and charcoal at your own risk. The host will not be responsible for any liabilities and/or damages.
- This property sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. Each additional guest not listed on the reservation will be subject to a fee.
