The Space:
You’ve washed ashore on Castaway Island—no need to be rescued. This coastal retreat is thoughtfully crafted for up to 12 castaways, featuring cozy sleeping quarters, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and everything you need for smooth sailing.
Sleeping Quarters:
⚓ Captain’s Quarters – King bed + private Hideout lounge with darts, smart TV, Cuddler, mini fridge, and coffee station. En suite bathroom with stand-up shower.
⚓ Lower Deck – Two full-over-full bunk beds (no TV – it’s where imaginations run wild!)
⚓ Sailor’s Cabin – Two queen beds + direct pool access
⚓ Sunset Manor – One queen bed, the perfect spot for golden hour

☀️Heated in-ground pool (set to 86° year-round—no ocean currents to worry about) For safety and equipment protection, guests are not authorized to adjust or change any pool heater settings. Our team manages all temperature controls remotely to ensure everything runs properly.
*Please note that pool temperature can be influenced by outside weather conditions. During colder or rainy periods, the heater may have difficulty maintaining an exact temperature, so while we do our best to keep it warm, we cannot guarantee it will always reach or hold precisely 86°F.

We love hosting respectful guests who are here to relax, recharge, and enjoy everything Castaway Island has to offer — but this is a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, and we do have a few ground rules to keep things smooth for everyone:
No parties or events – This isn’t the place to throw a rager, matey!
Max 4 vehicles on the property
No street parking, please
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM — enjoy the fire pit and the stars, but keep the island calm after dark
We have a zero-tolerance policy for anything that disturbs the neighbors or breaks house rules. We`re all about good vibes and great memories — help us keep Castaway Island a place guests (and neighbors) love.

Guests have full access to the home, pool, and outdoor areas. Keyless entry makes check-in a breeze, so you can settle in and start your island escape right away.

📷 Security Camera Disclosure
For the safety and security of our guests and property, Castaway Island is equipped with exterior cameras in the following locations:
Ring doorbell camera at the front door
Driveway-facing camera
Side-yard camera near the gate leading to the backyard
These cameras are strictly for monitoring the exterior of the property and to ensure a safe and secure experience for all. There are no cameras inside the home or in the pool/backyard area, so your privacy is fully respected during your stay.
Vacation Rental House Rules:
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Adhering to these times ensures a smooth transition for cleaning and preparation for the next guest.
No Pets:
We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on the property. Please make suitable arrangements for your furry friends.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please smoke away from open doors and windows and dispose of cigarette butts and trash responsibly.
Quiet Hours:
Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum for a peaceful environment.
Guest Limit:
The maximum number of guests is 12, as specified in the booking. Visitors are welcome but must leave the property by 10 PM.
Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Report any issues with locks, keys, or security concerns immediately. Note: There is one camera in the front floodlight; it is the only camera on the property.
Amenities and Furnishings:
Treat the property and its amenities with care. Any damage or loss of items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Outdoor Areas:
Enjoy outdoor spaces responsibly. Use provided amenities and furniture with care. Do not disturb plants or landscaping.
Grill:
Enjoy the communal dining area with propane grills. Turn off the grill when finished, clean it after use, be respectful of other guests, dispose of all trash, and return the area to its original condition.
Trash Disposal:
Dispose of all trash in provided bins. Follow local recycling guidelines. Do not leave trash outside the property.
Pool Safety:
Use the pool at your own risk. Follow posted pool safety guidelines. No lifeguard on duty.
Pool Heating:
For safety and equipment protection, guests are not authorized to adjust or change any pool heater settings. Our team manages all temperature controls remotely to ensure everything runs properly. If you’d like the temperature checked or adjusted, just send us a message and we’re happy to help.
Compliance with Local Laws:
Abide by all local laws and regulations, including parking restrictions and noise ordinances.
Emergency Contact:
In case of emergencies, dial 911. For property-related issues, contact the host through the booking platform.
Communication:
Keep open communication with the host. Inform them promptly of any issues or concerns during your stay.
