"Staff uniformly good and friendly, especially Leo in the breakfast room. Coast restaurant was nice for one night. Spa/gym facilities good - shared with non-resident club members. Disappointed the Moet bar only open over weekend. Not mentioned on website. None of the public rooms available to residents have a sea view which is a disappointment given the hotel's location. DON'T BUILD ON THE REST OF THE GOLF COURSE!"

"Could not wish for a nicer place to stay. Stept into the caravan to find a very welcoming, home from home atmosphere. Cupboards and bathroom stoked with everything you needed. It took dog friendly to a whole new leave. Willow our dog was settled straight away. We are hoping to rebook later in the yeat"

"Really nice, tidy and clean Caravan. The little touches were appreciated - tea towel, toilet roll, washing up liquid etc. Perfect space for a large family to sleep and have breakfast before we headed off to visit family for the day and then retreat back to for a good warm nights sleep. Thank you "

"The van was not as pictured. Parts of the cupboards falling off, no light outside so couldnt see getting ti the can beibg at the back if others, roof leaked. The shower and front windows had mould spots. The matresses were terrible and poked in our backs Took the owners days to respond to messages. They xame and put 2 new gas bottles in for heating. Im guessing they didnt have new ones on for us when we rented. And being Australian we had no idea the cooler rooms were because the gas was out. There was no books to explain the heating at all. The water pipes froze and we couldnt shower, wash our hands or flush the toilet. All things needed for basic hygiene. It got To the point we left a week early and stayed elsewhere. We told tbe owners we were leaving early. No response. No offer of refund. I wouldnt stay here or tell anyone else too. Book drirect through the park over this one to avoid major disappointment. The amount of money it cost us to stay here and what we got was ridiculous "

"Lovely place overlooking the marshes with great sunset views. Cosy and welcoming place with everything you need for a relaxing stay.Excellent comms from Tina although we didn't get to meet as they were away for Christmas, but the welcome within the property was awesome."
