"Comfortable and quiet hotel. Well situated and good free bus connections on Leicester hopper to the city and station. Feels new and looked after. Parking is limited at the hotel but nearby hospital pay and display car park could be used. We wanted quiet and the room was soundproofed. Nice bathroom. Developed a rash from the bed and reception moved us to a new room. The staff member suggested it was maybe cleaning products used by linen company. Hotel did say they would update us via email but...

My room 140 was dusty and bathroom needed better clean.i do understand somedays it might be busier then others and is not possible to deepclean however...
