"This is our go to hotel when travelling to Reading. Hotel is clean, staff friendly, excellent breakfast, pool, sauna. Its location is a short walk to the town centre and the Oracle shopping area and canal side restaurants. The train station is also a short walk to take you into London, Windsor, Oxford or any other places to visit "

"Wonderful hotel! The Staff is very friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home and very Welcome. The lobby and lounge areas are super well design and the Gym is wonderful all good quality equipment! Internet works good as a digital nomad. Rooms are very spacious and bed is nice and big. And Super Important they are Pet friendly!! So I can stay with my little one no prob, they even give her treats and toys! Thanks for caring! My Top choice when Im in reading! "Excellent location . Pleasant staff. Clean but the room has a weird chemical smell . The bedroom is very small while the living area is unnecessarily big !! The lift was out order throughout our 9-day stay . "

"The apartment was clean and tidy and comfortable. The outside area is scruffy and overgrown, bit of an eyesore. Annoying the tv wouldn't load any terrestrial channels, so unless you have Netflix or Prime, you've nothing to watch in the evenings. Because there's no reception, the process of finding out how you get into the place is a bit protracted. I had to email the owners on the day I was checking in as I hadn't received any information about how to get into the apartment. Fair play, their support got back to me very promptly to tell me they couldn't process a 'damage waiver' pre-payment because I booked through Hotels.com and sent me a link to register my details. But had I not emailed them, I might have driven for 4 hours to Reading and not been able to access the property on arrival having already paid for my stay. Think the owners need to have a better system in place for when that happens. Take control and not leave the paying customer scrambling around on the day they're about to arrive."
