"Excellent hotel! Our stay was wonderful, the staff were incredible! The building itself is beautiful and the location was perfect. Breakfast was top notch. If I find myself in Reading again, will absolutely stay here. "

Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. "Located within a few minutes walk of the town centre and train station, and across the road from a small parade of shops including several restaurants and take away outlets and a selection of convenience stores. On several visits my room has always been clean comfortable and well maintained and all the staff have been courteous friendly and professional and have good local knowledge of the area. Excellent value would recommend without hesitation"
"Beautiful building and interior. We came for our mini honeymoon and got ungraded. We had a congratulations note with chocolates in the room and rose petals scattered on a king size bed. Large room, large bathroom. Decent breakfast but quite minimalistic for £20/person.

"Stayed here for 5 nights on a work trip to Reading. The apartments come with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The aircon is amazing as I like my rooms to be quite chilly. Seating and bed is really comfortable.
Only slight grumble"
