"Their website says 24/7 shuttle but it is only every hour on the hour. A search says they drop you off at your terminal but they drop you off at Federal Circle and you take the air train into the airport. It serves it's purpose but not exactly what they say. "

"We were coming from Westchester and had an early flight so decided to stay in a hotel the night before. Took the train to JFK and called the shuttle which arrived 10 minutes later. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Quick uber drive to casino. I asked for two wake up calls at 4:50am and 5am and received both. Shuttle left for the airport promptly at 5:30am. Overall a very good experience for an overnight airport stay."

"I didn’t end up staying here because the host canceled just a few hours before check-in. This happen after I reached out to ask for check-in details. I was traveling into town for the weekend, and this happened on a holiday weekend, which made it especially difficult to find alternative accommodations on short notice. The host mentioned a leak was discovered, but it’s concerning that this wasn’t identified until two hours before check-in. No alternative solutions or assistance were offered, which made the situation even more stressful. Awful communication "

"Description of the property was not accurate. It was described as a busy area with potential for noise from a busy BBQ and bar below the rooms. The entire time we were there, we never saw another person. The restaurant downstairs is no longer operating and in fact there was a notice on the door that indicated they were in violation of sidewalk maintenance. (As the sidewalks were in perfect condition - we can only assume this was left unattended for a long period of time). As a single woman, traveling with my teen daughter - I actually look for the busy (potentially loud) types of locations as it increases the likelihood I can obtain help if I need it - knowing people will be around. This was not the case at all - the place was abandoned. Mostly clean - although bedding was stained and back of the sliding bathroom door has likely not been wiped in months. On my first night there - I brought to the attention of the host that there was a beeping smoke detector in the hallway - indicating it had a low battery. I was told that it would be attended to ASAP. Unfortunately, it beeped the entire time we were there. On our second night there - we had an issue with our room lock. We were unable to locate a contact phone number for the host - either by info provided by them or posted in the building. Thankfully we found a nice gentleman next door who was able to help us access the room. Communication by email with host was insufficient. "

"Truly a nightmare. I cried when I walked in. Multiple dead bugs in the bedroom and bathroom. Trash on the floor. Loose screws on the floor. The sink didn’t seem to be wiped down. There were mystery spots of gunk splattered across the bathroom cabinets. They failed to mention there’s no hot water in the shower, so I couldn’t bathe the entire time I was there. The bathroom window (the one window in the space) didn’t lock and is street facing. The bed was uncomfortable, and by this point I wondered if the bedding was even clean. Closest spot nearby was a liquor store. I felt duped and desperate to stay anywhere else. I feel obligated to deter others from wasting money on this."
