"Beautiful property, all rooms have amazing lake views. The people are so genuinely friendly and the service is excellent. The only thing is that next time I'll make sure I don't book Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, as options are limited in the area. I'll visit Jenna's Bed and Breakfast before or after. So grateful to the staff for all their help. My mother was looking for a medicinal plant and they helped her find it. Definitely a must stay @"

The location is perfect — right in the heart of Atitlán. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Aldo, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Being able to bring my pet along made it even better! The staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The property itself is stunning.
