「I didn't appreciate the long black hair found in the bathroom sink and I didn't appreciate the fact that I only had 2 television channels that worked, even after calling the front desk. The gentleman that came to our room could not solve the problem.」

「Staff and breakfast was very good, but the first room we got was not well cleaned or maintained. The blind was ripped so we couldn't have full privacy, and it was set to 32 degrees when we got in, it felt like a sauna. I'm sure that was a mistake. They gave us another room which was good, but was just a bit of extra hassle.」

「どこへ行くにも便利でした。レセプションの対応はとても良く部屋は清潔でしたが、唯一コップが汚れていたことは気になりました。」

「フロントの方の対応が丁寧でした」

「This is a Marriott hotel! While I recognize they only manage inside and not the parking lot, my car was broken into during my stay. The front desk clerk said they don’t have any cameras on the parking lot but do have one on the garbage bin. Good idea Marriott. So I told that to the police and filed my report. Will never stay at a Marriott hotel again. Can’t wait to drive back home to BC through the snow storm with plastic covering one of my windows because no auto glass company has the glass....

「Everything was good」

「The Breskfast - was not good」
