「Staff are accommodating」

「The pool area is in disrepair. Everything is very rusty. The water slide leaks and isn't super secure. The hvac overhead is rusting and crumbling. The pool is crammed full of screeching children at all times, which I suppose should be expected but is extremely unpleasant. Our room said it was renovated but was full of paint chips, gouges in the doors and walls. I can't imagine the unrenovated rooms! Other 3 rooms in our group had no working air conditioning, despite the maintenance...
