"Perfect stopover on our road trip! The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. It is basic, but it has everything you need for a good night's sleep at a very reasonable price. Checking in was fast and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again!"

"My son and I were in town for a lacrosse tournament, and this was the perfect place for our stay. The room was cozy, clean, well stocked, etc. The on-site hosts were lovely. The back yard and the lake are incredible! The water craft that are available to use made it so fun, although they could use a few more oars. There is no AC, but the breeze coming off the lake kept it very comfortable in the room. We absolutely loved our stay, and we would absolutely book again."
Hotel Quality Stay in the Heart of Lakewood

"Cute older home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to find and close to needed amenities. It is an older home with nice updates, normal wear and tear for older home. Definitely be aware the stairs to the king bedroom are very steep, but once your up there you do have your own bathroom. Only TV in the living room which, which I like to know ahead of time. Main floor has one bedroom with a queen? bed, maybe full size, all other beds are twin, with one trundle in the basement. Stairs to basement rooms are also very steep and no bathroom in the basement, so you would need to go up to main floor if you needed it in the night just as a FYI. Beds we used were very comfortable. The king bed is very high so keep that in mind if you are short, or have mobility concerns with climbing into bed. Nice gas stove with microwave above. I am very short, 5 foot, so access to the microwave would have required a strrp stool for safety. When we were here it was near 80 and the air conditioners kept it very comfortable inside the house."

"The Cozy Cottage was perfe t for us. Laura has it maintained in perfect condition, and her gardens are really nice and I coveted her Rhubarb (go figure). She has it well stocked with towels and amenities and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay. Worth a return."
