Rooms felt clean. We had a dog with us and the room didn’t feel like it was a dog room. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly. The only cons I would say are the black mold all over the hot tub and one of the towels in our bathroom had some red sticky substance on it but we just threw it aside. Other than that the stay was pleasant and we will definitely be back.

FIRST TIME STAYING AT A HOLIDAY INN. The sink was clogged and would overflow while brushing teeth or washing hands. Hot tub was broken (main reason I booked this stay). Pool was full of hair and unknown floating objects. About 15 unsupervised children were in the pool being naughty. Belligerent guests above our unit kept us and our 3 kids awake all night until 3AM, as they were running in their unit, banging items and being loud. Staff was called multiple times and ultimately nothing changed. I do appreciate the gluten free options and go bags for breakfast. We paid for the stay to relax instead of having to drive almost 2 hours back home and we didn't accomplish that goal. Would not stay at this branch again.
