Perfect stopover on our road trip! The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. It is basic, but it has everything you need for a good night's sleep at a very reasonable price. Checking in was fast and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Took 15 minutes of ringing a bell for the desk worker to barely poke his head from behind a door and stair at me until I said hello. He then asked me what I wanted in a rude and aggressive manner. The bed had no support. Mattress just sank down and felt bars under bed. Very bad area. Had to sleep with a gun in the room to feel safe. Do not stay here.

This property was convenient because it had a bed and a shower, and I left as soon as I could. Honestly it felt like a motel that people used to take someone for a one night stand. Also, they wanted $20 in cash for what I don't know, and said I would get the $20 back at check out. I didn't have cash so I used my credit card for it. Not sure if that was ever reimbursed. If you stay there, bring at least $20 in cash.

They are using the name Extended Stay to trick people into thinking it is an Extended Stay America. The main sign on the street is a totally different name and the place looked very run down and even had at least one car up on blocks in the parking lot. The attendant spoke no English. I left and got a hotel elsewhere. According to the records I received, they claim I checked in on 7/3 and checked out on 7/5. This is a lie. I never checked in at all.

When I arrived, the motel and room were in substantially different condition than what the listing and photographs represented. I could not stay because I did not consider the room clean, sanitary, secure, or reasonably habitable. Upon arrival, I observed several serious problems, including: • The exterior of the property was dirty and poorly maintained, with trash, cigarette butts, discarded or misplaced floor mats, and generally unsanitary conditions. • The room itself appeared dirty and had not been adequately cleaned. • There was a substantial gap of approximately two inches underneath the entrance door, creating a security concern and potentially allowing insects or rodents into the room. • The window air-conditioning unit was extremely dirty and did not appear to be working properly. • The sleeping area was extremely dark and lacked adequate functioning lighting. • The bed appeared unclean and was provided with only one pillow and a very thin blanket. • The overall condition of the room was dramatically different from the clean, bright accommodations shown in the advertising photographs. I have photographs documenting the actual condition of the property and room, including the entrance, door gap, air-conditioning unit, exterior walkways, and other conditions that concerned me This was not simply a matter of personal preference or dissatisfaction with the décor. The room I received was materially different from what was advertised.
