"Friendly, efficient, accomodating staff who are always happy to help and offer advice. The hotel is perfectly located for access to he old town and Christmas markets. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean. The food in the bar was really nice, with a good selection. Breakfast can be a little chaotic but still enjoyable. We will definitely come back to this hotel again."

"Had a great stay. The hotel is located in the heart of Krakow and walkable to key sites and transportation. Being on a main pedestrian street, it can get a little noisy, but the hotel provides earplugs for sleeping. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would stay again "
