Great city centre hotel
We booked room with terrace. Room was huge and terrace was great to relax on Location of hotel is amazing, step out of the door and you're in the centre of Krakow. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from hot and cold dishes. Staff on hand to help and replenish the buffet. Hotel staff very friendly overall. I highly recommend this hotel

Awesome hotel would highly recommend
The hotel is in the perfect location in the old town. Close to trams, buses and plenty of taxis. The hotel staff are lovely and very. The hotel is incredibly clean and the rooms are spacious. I am well travelled and I can honestly say it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I loved it here!

A lovely hotel
Had a fabulous stay at this lovely hotel. It is in a fantastic location and it was immaculate from top to bottom. Our room and bathroom were a good size and spotless. All the staff were extremely pleasant and courteous. The breakfast was very nice and fresh. We couldn’t attend breakfast one day as we had an early pick up for a trip so the staff made us each a very tasty lunch box to take with us. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, everything we requested was delivered with professionalism and promptness. We wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again.

Awesome!
Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Jan, and I hope to return in the future and stay there again. It is steps from the main square and near many restaurants and shops, and it is totally worth your while to stay there.
