The resort is currently under construction, so it isn't completely open for all walkable areas. Overall, it was still a beautiful place to vacation. They didn't mention when it would be complete with its renovations. Most pools are completely open, the beach is accessible and the amenities can still be used. The resorts restaurants aren't open every night at this time but there is one open every night for dinner reservations.

This resort is fantastic but personally i feel paying extra to be signature level wasnt really work it. I dont feel like we had and priority when making resturant reservations, because of this we werent able to dine in one of the restaurants on day one, we tried to do the walk up and see if they could get us in and where told to come back at 730, when we did they told us the just took a large group in and couldnt guarantee how long it would take to get service. after traveling all day we just wanted to sit down and eat a good meal. so we left and went to the sports bar, that was a huge mistake. we sat there for 15-20 min and not a single worker came to out take yet 3 or 4 where standing and talking by the bar, and 4 other groups came in and where greeted within 45 seconds. the only difference between us and the other groups is we are white. we finally left after 20 minutes. we decided to try it again a few days later and same situation completely ignored! we just ate off the small buffet and went up to the bar. we where there maybe an hour and not once did someone come to our table. it was like we where completely invisible. this was the only place we were treated like this, everywhere else was fantastic. The main reason why i booked this resort was the spa facility and i was not disappointed! it is absolutely beautiful! i really enjoyed the turkish bath! I did get a massage as well and it was great also! the hibachi and steakhouse where really good, the rest where ok.

Our stay was nearly perfect. We have traveled extensively throughout the world, so we truly recognize and appreciate exceptional service when we experience it. The level of service and attention to detail at this hotel was simply amazing—honestly, among the very best we have experienced anywhere. We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The staff made us feel completely at home—perhaps even better than at home! Their hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care made our time here truly memorable.
