"The staff was very friendly. I arrived shortly after 3pm but my room was not ready. It seemed decently clean, however there was no shower gel or shampoo, thankfully I brought my own. I could hear literally every single thing that the people staying next door were saying, their tv through the wall. They were awake at 6:30am and I was woken and heard their whole conversation. It was very unfortunate for my night stay. There was ample parking, good amenities in terms of the breakfast bar. Elevator is slow and kind of creepy. But good location for Mystic. "

"Lot of add-ons and extras not included. Pool in hotel was an added cost if you wanted to use it, Rooms were clean staff was friendly. plenty to do. "

"We stayed here to avoid the high prices of hotels at Mohegan Sun. It was perfect. The shuttle ran every 20 minutes until 2 AM and everything was very clean."

"room was not very clean and there was blood on the sheets and wall, smoke detector was hanging off the wall wrap in plastic, floor mate had a dog print on it, AC could not be turn off the fan ran all night. I did go to the desk ask to have toelt looked at for it was not fullshing when i came back that night no one was at desk and when I check out there was no one at desk. I don't recommended this location to anyone."
