「部屋もきれいで快適でした」

「I knew the room was at basement level and upon arrival I was happy with the room. It’s a decent size with a roll top bath in and a separate bathroom. However, with it being in the basement with no windows it was very stuffy, I requested a fan but it didn’t arrive. There was a lot of noise from the other rooms (I assume part of the wedding party) but it didn’t bother us as we were going to be out until 1am anyway. We came back to thudding music which went on until 4am, then at just before 7am we...

「2年前に宿泊してとても気に入ったため、今回が2度目の利用です。今回も申し分のない滞在でした。 マンチェスター中心部に近く、Manchester Central Libraryのすぐ隣という便利な立地です。歴史を感じさせる壮大な建物は外観から印象的で、館内もよく整備されており、クラシックな雰囲気と清潔感がうまく両立しています。 ラウンジも落ち着いた雰囲気で、ゆったり過ごせました。朝食は品数が豊富で華やかさがあり、どれも美味しく満足度が高かったです。 客室も広く快適で、ゆっくり休むことができました。 立地、建物の雰囲気、客室、朝食のすべてに満足しており、マンチェスターに来る際にはまた利用したいホテルです。」

「街の治安が悪くて不安だったが、ホテルは快適で、スタッフも親切かつ素早い対応をしてくれたのでとても良かった。他の街で同じ系列のホテルがあったら、是非また利用したい。 路線バスが、降車ボタンを押しているのにも関わらず、希望の停留所に止まらず、3つも飛ばされた。仕方がないのでそのバス停から戻ろうとバスに乗ったら、また別のルートへ向かった。この街には二度と来ない。サッカーで有名な街がこんな街だったとは、悲しい。」

「シャワーの水圧不足。それに加えてシャワーから水漏れ。34000円を取るホテルならば基本的な部分が出来ていない！」

「Fantastic hotel and friendly staff. Great location and links. Breakfast is fantastic quality and service; great clearing any plates or cups etc efficiently without feeling bothered at all. Lovely pool and a modest but sufficient gym is also available. Lovely views over the city too. Highly recommended star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️」
