「Fantastic customer service. We had an issue with the lighting which was to no fault of the hotel. They couldnt have been more helpful and offered a free meal and drinks to compensate. We felt welcome and enjoyed the location to the arena and city centre. Would 100% recommend. Thank you, we hope to spend time there again in the future」

「Lovely room and friendly staff. Good food in restaurant. Although we new we were staying above a busy pub on a Saturday night and expected some noise but not a DJ night. It sounded that his speaker's were right under our room so no sleep because of the noise until very late.」

「Typical climbers pub and accomodation. Stone floors fire and decent pub grub. Best pint ofGuinness for a long time. Rooms basic and dogs allowed. Wush we brought hours. Decor is quirky downstairs in pub and even worse in bedroom but the facilities are there. I did not mind it upstairs, lived it downstairs.」
